Courier Services
We partner with Sure-Reach Express, GD Express and Yamato Transport (TA-Q-BIN Express) to ship your packages. You'll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm a consignment note & live tracking. You may notice the tracking status might have not updated or slightly delayed. That's because the most couriers will only update tracking status on the next processing day.
Ensuring an On-Time Delivery
Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule. You can also specify a different delivery address while ordering and have your order delivered to your workplace or to your friends.
Delivery
Please note that time-scales for delivery and delivery charges will vary depending on the availability of the items ordered, and your address. Please allow for extra time for deliveries to outside of the Kuala Lumpur metro area. We cannot accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside Malaysia. Please ensure that you have provided complete delivery address.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts before returning the order to us, in which case, we reserve the right to consider that you have rejected delivery and that the Contract is therefore cancelled. In the event of cancellation of the Contract for non-delivery, kindly contact us within 2 weeks, or else your item will be forfeited.
Title of goods ordered shall remain with the Vendor until full payment on account is received. On acceptance of delivery, you assume full responsibility for the goods until fullpayment is made or the goods are returned and accepted by us.
Incorrect address / Invalid address
If our delivery tracking system is unable to trace the address you provided, we shall attempt to contact you by other means, failing which we reserve the right to change delivery mode, suspend or cancel the order. Kindly ensure that the contact details and address you provide is complete and accurate to facilitate a smooth delivery process. Delivery charges shall apply.
Paper Product

3.Sabah & Sarawak - Paper product not available to purchase
